These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alcatraz's products and services (the "Service"), operated by Raise Lifestyle Coaching - FZCO, a Free Zone company registered in the International Free Zone Authority ("IFZA"), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under trade license number 69898, with its registered office at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter "we", "us", "our" or "the Company").

Payments for our Service are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), acting as our Merchant of Record ("MoR"). By purchasing our Service, you additionally agree to Creem's Terms of Service at creem.io/legal/terms. Creem issues receipts, handles taxes, and manages payment disputes.
Alcatraz provides access to proprietary TradingView Pine Script indicators and/or strategies (the "Indicator"), along with related educational materials, Discord community access, and support ("Membership").
The Indicator is delivered via TradingView's invite-only script mechanism. After successful purchase and submission of your TradingView username, we will add your username to the invite list of the applicable Indicator, typically within 24 hours.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase the Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you purchase a subscription-based Membership:
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Indicator via your own TradingView account for the duration of your active Membership.
You may NOT:
Violation results in immediate termination of your Membership without refund.
The Alcatraz TradingView indicator and all related content are for informational and educational purposes only. They do NOT constitute:
Alcatraz is a software product distributing an invite-only technical indicator via TradingView. The indicator plots direction, entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels on the User's own TradingView chart. All trading decisions, order placement and execution are the sole responsibility of the User and take place on the User's own broker account. We do not hold, manage or have access to any User's funds, credentials, broker accounts or TradingView account beyond adding the User's TradingView username to the invite-only script.
Neither Raise Lifestyle Coaching - FZCO, nor Moneyprinter Geeks, nor Alcatraz, nor any of their principals or employees, holds a license to provide regulated investment services in the User's jurisdiction. If the User's jurisdiction requires such license for the User's intended use of the Service, the User must not purchase or use the Service.
We do not guarantee any specific trading outcomes, profits, or performance from using the Indicator. Historical performance shown in backtests, screenshots, or promotional materials is not indicative of future results. Trading futures, forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial investment.
Your use of the Service depends on third-party platforms, including TradingView, Discord, and Creem. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third parties. If TradingView modifies or discontinues features required for the Indicator, we will use reasonable efforts to adapt but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any DACH country (Germany, Austria):
If you use the Indicator with prop trading firm accounts (e.g., Topstep, Apex, MyFundedFutures, Tradeify), it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the prop firm's rules, including but not limited to daily loss limits, drawdown rules, consistency rules, and automation policies. We are not liable for account terminations, denied payouts, or losses resulting from prop firm rule violations.
All sales are final. Once you have submitted your TradingView username and we have granted access to the Indicator, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing, but access retained through the end of the current period is not refundable.
EU and UK consumers waive their 14-day statutory withdrawal right at checkout in exchange for immediate access to the digital service. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution with us will result in immediate termination of Membership and permanent blocklist.
We may terminate your Membership at any time for material breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or actions that harm the Service, other users, or third parties. On termination, your access to the Indicator and community will be revoked.
The Indicator, its source code, associated documentation, marketing materials, and the Alcatraz brand are our intellectual property. All rights reserved.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the DIFC Courts (Dubai International Financial Centre) applying English law.
